Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Strykflow. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, platform, software, AI agents, integrations, automations, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing, subscribing to, or using Strykflow, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.
1. Who We AreStrykflow is a trading name of Strykflow Pty Ltd, ABN 83 689 816 939, registered in Australia. Strykflow builds and operates the AI Operations Infrastructure for the Real Estate Industry.
Our Services consist of coordinated AI agents, CRM integrations, workflow automation, and managed operational systems designed for sales, leasing, and property management teams.
2. Eligibility & Acceptable Use
- To use our Services, you represent that:
- You are at least 18 years old;
- You are authorised to act on behalf of the business you register;
- All information provided is accurate and complete;
You will use the Services solely for lawful business purposes.
- You must not misuse the Services in ways that include but are not limited to:
- Sending spam or unlawful outreach;
- Attempting to overload, manipulate, or reverse-engineer our systems;
- Using the Services outside the real estate context unless explicitly approved.
3. Description of Services
3.1 AI Operations System (Multi-Agent Architecture)Strykflow provides an interconnected network of AI agents, including—but not limited to—AI Reception, Buyer Qualification, Vendor Warm-Up, Rental Enquiry, Maintenance Triage, Lead Revival, and Post-Inspection agents
These agents work as part of a coordinated, managed operational system rather than stand-alone tools.
3.2 Managed Service Model
All agents are built, configured, and maintained by Strykflow.
Clients must not modify, rebuild, or externally edit AI agents or workflows, as this compromises system quality, IP protection, and reliability.
4. Subscription, Billing & Contract Terms
4.1 Subscription Plans
Strykflow offers multi-tiered pricing designed for varying business sizes in real estate, including:
- AI Foundation
- AI Conversion System
- AI Ops Infrastructure (custom) and modular add-ons such as extra agents, dashboards, multi-office logic, and integrations.
Actual inclusions depend on the agreed scope outlined in your proposal or service agreement.
4.2 Minimum Term Commitment
All subscriptions carry no minimum term unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Billing is conducted month-to-month.
4.3 Payment Terms
- All fees are stated in AUD.
- All payments are non-refundable except where required by law.
- Overages (e.g., voice minutes) are charged at the agreed rate.
- Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination.
4.4 Automatic Renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled in accordance with Section 10.
5. Consumer Guarantees (Australia)
Nothing in these Terms excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
You are entitled to remedies for major failures and compensation for foreseeable loss.
Services not meeting acceptable quality will be repaired, replaced, or re-performed where required by law.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, workflows, playbooks, agent logic, scripts, training data, automation routing, and proprietary real-estate systems are the exclusive intellectual property of Strykflow Pty Ltd
You must not:
- Copy or reproduce agent logic or training data;
- Attempt to replicate Strykflow’s multi-agent system;
- Reverse-engineer, resell, or white-label our automations;
- Claim ownership of any part of the Strykflow platform.
7. Privacy & Data Handling
Your personal and business data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, compliant with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and GDPR (where applicable).
We may collect and store:
- Call and chat transcripts;
- CRM data required for workflows;
- Analytics on agent performance;
- System usage logs.
- You grant Strykflow permission to use this data solely for the purpose of delivering and improving your Services.
8. Third-Party Integrations
Our system may integrate with platforms such as Meta, Google, WhatsApp, PropertyMe, HubSpot, and others.
Strykflow is not responsible for:
- Third-party downtime;
- Policy changes;
- API limitations;
- Data handling practices of connected platforms.
Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Strykflow is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses (including loss of revenue, reputation, or opportunities);
- Total liability for any claim is limited to the total amount paid by you in the billing month in which the claim arises;
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service or exact lead/booking outcomes.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, negligence resulting in personal injury, or other non-excludable statutory rights.
10. Cancellation & Termination
10.1 Client-Initiated Cancellation
- Cancellation requests must be submitted via email to info@strykflow.ai
- Cancellation takes effect after the current contract period ends.
- No early cancellation or partial refunds.
10.2 Our Right to Terminate or Suspend
Strykflow may suspend or terminate Services for:
- Non-payment
- Abuse or misuse of the system
- Illegal activity
- Actions that compromise our IP, infrastructure, or other clients’ data
- Breach of these Terms
Upon termination, Strykflow may revoke all access to agents, workflows, integrations, or proprietary logic.
11. Updates to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
We will notify you via email or via our website.
Continued use of the Services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and any disputes will be heard exclusively in the courts of New South Wales.
